Graham Attwell (Pontydysgu)
Graham Attwell is an experienced researcher, developer and consultant. He is Director of the Wales based organisation, Pontydysgu, which he established in 1999. His areas of expertise include the training of trainers and the use of social software and Web 2.0 for knowledge development. He is particularly interested in knowledge and competence development in small and medium enterprises and in regional innovation clusters. Graham Attwell is an accomplished trainers and public speaker, having delivered key note speeches at conference and workshops throughout Europe. He has acted as a consultant for many organisations in both the public and private sector, including the BBC, Ford, the European Commission, UNESCO and OECD.
Graham Attwell is interested in all phases of the knowledge maturing cycle. However he has a particular focus on developing and harvesting informal learning within organisations and in the development of online and blended learning programmes, including the use of social software, for Continuing Professional Development.
