Christine Kunzmann
Christine Kunzmann is the founder and owner of the German consulting company "Kompetenzen gestalten" with a focus on competency-oriented human resources development, comprising competence and knowledge management from a human-oriented perspective. She has more than ten years of experience in various roles in the healthcare sector (large hospitals) as well as more than ten years in SMEs in the retail sector and crafts enterprises.
Christine Kunzmann studied human resource management at the Pforzheim University of Applied Sciences in Germany. In addition to her experiences in practice, she has been actively involved in research over the last years, working as a researcher on technology-enhanced learning and competence-based approaches in two large-scale European projects MATURE and MIRROR. She has developed a reference model for competence management and explored agile web 2.0 approaches to competence management ("people tagging"). She has a special focus on the human aspects of knowledge and competence management, and she has initiated the interdisciplinary workshop series Motivational and Affective Aspects in Technology Enhanced Learning.
